About Presentation

This will discuss the use of constraints, rules, task and environmental factors that contribute to player development by giving players opportunities to experience learning. This will discuss models of the constraints led approach and that there are a multitude of coaching interventions. In addition, I would use my own examples and highlight how task and environmental constraints have contributed to elite player development.
