In this presentation Nick will explore the current state of physical preparation in youth sport and discuss why early diversification in physical preparation may be more beneficial than early specialisation. During the presentation Nick will dispel the myths and misconceptions of physical preparation and the youth athlete and discuss why developing a long-term plan centred around underpinning training principles is the key to creating an athletic legacy.
