Ben Bartlett

‎Senior Youth Coach Educator at The English F.A

Ben started out his coaching career as after volunteering at a mini-soccer project at the semi-professional club and soon took work as a community coach full time at Colchester United. He remained at Colchester for 10 years, taking on various roles and along the way learning the ropes and building his coaching skills. He then had the opportunity to establish the women’s and girls’ football programme at Chelsea FC. With the succesful completion of the project, Ben moved on to work at the English FA and worked on establising the FA Youth Award and now works in his current role as Youth Coach Educator.

Ben is an extremely forward thinking coach and places the emphasis on the developing the player and the person. We’ve had the privilege of working with Ben at two InspireCoachEd.com events and are excited to have him be a part of this Virtual Conference.
